1. No Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, food wrapping sheets purchased from Dabba Sheet are not eligible for returns or refunds once delivered.
Since our wrapping sheets are intended for direct food contact, we cannot accept returned products after delivery.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement under the Dabba Sheet Exchange Policy.

5. Proof Required

To process your exchange request quickly and fairly, please provide the following:

  • Your Order Number
  • A clear 360° opening / unboxing video showing the package being opened
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or issue
  • Images of the outer packaging if it was damaged during delivery

The unboxing video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the condition of the package and product.
Requests submitted without proper proof may not qualify for exchange under the Dabba Sheet Exchange Policy.


6. How to Request an Exchange

Follow these steps to request an exchange:

  2. Share your Order Number
  3. Attach the 360° opening/unboxing video and issue proof
  4. Briefly describe the problem

  • A replacement product will be shipped free of cost
